Camping in Daglan in Dordogne

Located in the Céou valley, Daglan is a small Dordogne village with a rich history. Main parish of the Sarlat diocese in the 14th century, deserted after the 100-year war, reborn and wealthy thanks to its vineyards in the 15th century, vine disease in the 19th century. Nevertheless, its buildings are still standing, and the village has recently been completely renovated. You will be able to admire its Marie with its round turret, its church of the XIVth century, its mills, its bread ovens, its wash-house, its dovecotes and its round houses with dry stones. To better understand these constructions, you can visit the Maison de la Pierre Sèche. In July/August every Thursday morning, go on a free guided tour of 6 km to discover dry stone shelters. To rest, you will find peaceful places to picnic.
